San Diego Dental Practice Stands Out With Two AACD-Accredited Cosmetic Dentists
Dr. John F. Weston and Dr. Nicholas C. Marongiu— co-owners and two lead dentists at Scripps Center for Dental Care—hold accredited status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), making the San Diego-based dental practice among the only offices in the region with more than one AACD-accredited dentist.

About Nicholas C. Marongiu, DDS, AACD
Dr. Nicholas C. Marongiu is an Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, where he sits on the Board of Directors. In addition to his role as one of the lead cosmetic dentists and co-owners at Scripps Center for Dental Care, Dr. Marongiu is also a Delegate from the 13th District to the American Dental Association, as well as a member of the California Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry, among several other national organizations. An author of numerous academic journal articles, Dr. Marongiu serves as an adjunct professor at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine.
